In the 6th minute Isidoro Palben shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dirk-Jan Akkerman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lorenzo Quintin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carsten van Wonderen's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Chuck Wood kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lorenzo Quintin. That made the score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carsten van Wonderen got free with Lorenzo Quintin in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 18th minute Carsten van Wonderen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lorenzo Quintin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sjors Kolkman in the 20th minute of play forced Lagrima en Jarrita's goalkeeper Lorenzo Quintin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carsten van Wonderen scored 2-0 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lorenzo Quintin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bjorn Veltman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lorenzo Quintin having to interfere. After a rather tough play, The Underdogs's Chuck Wood got a free kick in the 28th minute. Lorenzo Quintin made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Sjors Kolkman sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carsten van Wonderen in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lorenzo Quintin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 39th minute Sjors Kolkman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lorenzo Quintin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lagrima en Jarrita's Lorenzo Quintin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Huib van Zanten in the 41st minute of play. The supporters of The Underdogs booed when Lagrima en Jarrita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Javier Mateo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lorenzo Quintin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carsten van Wonderen in the 45th minute of the match. Dirk-Jan Akkerman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saverio Errando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Isidoro Palben made the kick off in the second half. The Underdogs's Dirk-Jan Akkerman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save The Underdogs from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, The Underdogs's Dirk-Jan Akkerman got control of the ball when Saverio Errando tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lorenzo Quintin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carsten van Wonderen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 56 played minutes Lagrima en Jarrita got a freekick which was hit by Aquilino Argoitz. Lorenzo Quintin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sjors Kolkman, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Lorenzo Quintin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sjors Kolkman in the 61st minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Sjors Kolkman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lorenzo Quintin. Lagrima en Jarrita's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sjors Kolkman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Lorenzo Quintin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carsten van Wonderen went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Lorenzo Quintin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carsten van Wonderen in the 91st minute of play.
