In the 10thth minute of the game Rey Villarragut who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Albiceleste F.C.'s Osvaldo Terciero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Elpidio Menendez hit a great ball. 26 minutes into the game, Jorge Jon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Albiceleste F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Valle Saron the free kick. Osvaldo Terciero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rey Villarragut in the 27th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Albiceleste F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Rey Villarragut came free, but Osvaldo Terciero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute Rey Villarragut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Terciero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Genaro Beltxe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zunbeltz Artealde kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. When Elpidio Menendez came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Valle Saron fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elpidio Menendez couldn't finish the play. 64 minutes into the match, Rey Villarragut had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Osvaldo Terciero. Albiceleste F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rey Villarragut was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 67 minutes of play, Albiceleste F.C.'s Genaro Beltxe made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Calvet Babia was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 70th minute, Marco Artal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rey Villarragut in the 73rd minute of play forced Albiceleste F.C.'s goalkeeper Osvaldo Terciero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Osvaldo Terciero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elpidio Menendez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute, Ritchie Tordesillas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Genaro Beltxe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Calvet Babia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Jon, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. The supporters of Albiceleste F.C. booed when Valle Saron was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joey Lugunez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rey Villarragut blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Osvaldo Terciero having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Rey Villarragut kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Osvaldo Terciero. That made the score 1-2 in the 93 minute of play. The Valle Saron players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
