After a rather tough play, Wargön's Axel Strandberg got a free kick in the 5th minute. Wilfried Oude Kamphuis hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Sigvard Wallander might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fokke Veenhuis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sigvard Wallander ran back to his position shaking his head. Örjan Söderström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Twan Lute in the 22nd minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, AC Pitt Bier's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Busk came free, but Fokke Veenhuis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 23 minutes into the game, when Wilfried Oude Kamphuis put in a rough tackle. After 23 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for AC Pitt Bier! The referee gave Wargön a penalty, 25 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Sigvard Wallander, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of AC Pitt Bier's Fokke Veenhuis. 0-1. Örjan Söderström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Johan Segundo went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After 42 played minutes Wargön got a freekick which was hit by Sigvard Wallander. Örjan Söderström made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Johan Segundo sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Wargön getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Gustaf Flink hit a great ball. Klaas Rijkaard struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Örjan Söderström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AC Pitt Bier.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Johan Segundo to make the kick off. Örjan Söderström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johan Segundo, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sigvard Wallander in the 55th minute of play forced AC Pitt Bier's goalkeeper Fokke Veenhuis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roger Lundin was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 56 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute, Klaas Rijkaard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 59th minute, Elliott Ekelund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd match minute, Wargön was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sigvard Wallander to maneuver through the defense. Max van Beukering took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 62nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Örjan Söderström. Wargön's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Örjan Söderström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Johan Segundo's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Fokke Veenhuis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Busk in the 70th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Wargön's goal looked a bit too open when Johan Segundo came free, but Örjan Söderström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot by Sigvard Wallander from long distance, 78 minutes into the match, got Fokke Veenhuis's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 81st minute, Martin Spanjer made a precise shot to the right of Örjan Söderström. Wargön's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johan Segundo in the 87th minute of play forced Wargön's goalkeeper Örjan Söderström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Örjan Söderström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johan Segundo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The AC Pitt Bier fans cheered their team off the field, for while Wargön had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
