The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Luisinho da Fonseca struck a weak shot in the 2nd minute. After 5 minutes RED SHARK FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luisinho da Fonseca who took care of the corner kick. 8 minutes into the game, Jerônimo Donatello cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Hanif Al-Habsy was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 13th minute, Angga Syahronie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 14th match minute, SE Tijolo 6 Furos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerônimo Donatello to maneuver through the defense. Hanif Al-Habsy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jerônimo Donatello in the 21st minute. With an all-out effort, SE Tijolo 6 Furos's Hanif Al-Habsy threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luisinho da Fonseca, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dedi Sujatmiko in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. The tension between the RED SHARK FC and the SE Tijolo 6 Furos players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of SE Tijolo 6 Furos booed when RED SHARK FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yanyan Noor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristóvão Munhoz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Hanif Al-Habsy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luisinho da Fonseca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Hanif Al-Habsy made a huge save. RED SHARK FC's Hanif Al-Habsy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save RED SHARK FC from getting a goal against them. Jerônimo Donatello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hanif Al-Habsy having to interfere. If Luisinho da Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luisinho da Fonseca made a kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match SE Tijolo 6 Furos got a corner. RED SHARK FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luisinho da Fonseca ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to SE Tijolo 6 Furos's Serginho Oliveira getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After 57 minutes, Juarês Antunes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SE Tijolo 6 Furos and the RED SHARK FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Juarês Antunes kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 58th match minute, SE Tijolo 6 Furos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Válbson Barral to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in RED SHARK FC's zone, Jerônimo Donatello stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hanif Al-Habsy came out of the goal and Jerônimo Donatello tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 66 minutes in the game, Dedi Sujatmiko fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Luís Gustavo Bueno having to interfere. Rahmad Mandagi scored 1-2 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luís Gustavo Bueno, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luisinho da Fonseca hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Sahat Suwondo put it in 2-3 from a short distance just to the right of Luís Gustavo Bueno. Luís Gustavo Bueno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dedi Sujatmiko in the 84th minute of play. A collision led to SE Tijolo 6 Furos getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Válbson Barral hit a great ball. During the 94th minute of the match Juarês Antunes completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Juarês Antunes a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 95th match minute, SE Tijolo 6 Furos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juarês Antunes to maneuver through the defense. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. RED SHARK FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
