Zahari Bratoev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Bertus van Dongen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mito Smilevski came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Mosk's Sipke Hardering. But to his dismay, Sipke Hardering quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 23rd minute Zahari Bratoev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bertus van Dongen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Mosk's goal looked a bit too open when Milan Harabaliev came free, but Bertus van Dongen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mito Smilevski was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Sipke Hardering capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sipke Hardering really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Bertus van Dongen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zahari Bratoev, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

Mosk's Gerwin Schrage was substituted for Ernest Hoogendorp. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sipke Hardering to strike the kick off in the second half. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Вежен's Anko Katincharov got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mito Smilevski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sipke Hardering in the 74th minute of play. Mosk's Bertus van Dongen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Mosk from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcel Vrieling during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The Mosk fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. 95 minutes into the match, Mosk's goalkeeper Bertus van Dongen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sava Vatrachki. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Mosk fans cheered their team off the field, for while Вежен had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
