Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 4th minute Lucas Clodio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gigel Rânceanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Andrei Vârjean had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Teodosio Abeita. Ruquense FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andrei Vârjean was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. When Fotbal Club Vaslui's Andrei Vârjean in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ruquense FC's goalie prevented a goal. When Lucas Clodio came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Ruquense FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucas Clodio couldn't finish the play. After 14 minutes, Mugurel Răduț mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fotbal Club Vaslui and the Ruquense FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 14th minute, Mugurel Răduț hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 18 minutes into the game, Felix Nisporeanu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Teodosio Abeita was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Teodosio Abeita came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Fotbal Club Vaslui's Andrei Vârjean. But to his dismay, Andrei Vârjean quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. When Ruquense FC's Lucas Clodio in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fotbal Club Vaslui's goalie prevented a goal. Gigel Rânceanu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucas Clodio's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Teodosio Abeita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrei Vârjean in the 33rd minute of play. Gigel Rânceanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Clodio in the 38th minute of the match. If Aquilino Garci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 45 played minutes Ruquense FC got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Fortun. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucas Clodio made a kick off. In the 55th match minute, Fotbal Club Vaslui was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Liviu Mușătescu to maneuver through the defense. Teodosio Abeita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrei Vârjean, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 60 minutes, Liviu Mușătescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fotbal Club Vaslui's supporters crossed their fingers, but Liviu Mușătescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Liviu Mușătescu took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Teodosio Abeita to make any attempt to save it. Teodosio Abeita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liviu Mușătescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Teodosio Abeita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrei Vârjean, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Mihnea Fânaru fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fotbal Club Vaslui's protests and gave Mihnea Fânaru a yellow card for diving instead. Mihnea Fânaru hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 82nd match minute, Ruquense FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Melquiades Deunoro to maneuver through the defense. In the 86th minute, Andrei Vârjean got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 90 minutes, Erubiel Poz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ruquense FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erubiel Poz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
