Rama Pravita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Liviu Mușătescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Fotbal Club Vaslui booed when Bandung Tigers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferry Fachrurozi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Fotbal Club Vaslui's Mugurel Răduț sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Legimin Murtopo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Andrei Vârjean fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Legimin Murtopo having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Liviu Mușătescu in the 22nd minute of play forced Bandung Tigers's goalkeeper Legimin Murtopo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Bandung Tigers getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Aming Silaban hit a great ball. Bandung Tigers's Legimin Murtopo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Liviu Mușătescu in the 45th minute of play.

In the 51st match minute, Bandung Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atang Rumbewas to maneuver through the defense. Bandung Tigers's Legimin Murtopo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrei Vârjean in the 55th minute of play. Legimin Murtopo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrei Vârjean in the 57th minute of the match. Legimin Murtopo came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Fotbal Club Vaslui's Andrei Vârjean. But to his dismay, Andrei Vârjean quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Bandung Tigers's Legimin Murtopo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrei Vârjean in the 65th minute of play. Legimin Murtopo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurel Halipa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aurel Halipa in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Legimin Murtopo saved Bandung Tigers from getting behind. When Liviu Mușătescu came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Fotbal Club Vaslui fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Liviu Mușătescu couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andrei Vârjean in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Legimin Murtopo saved Bandung Tigers from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Rama Pravita took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Gigel Rânceanu to make any attempt to save it. In the 84th match minute, Bandung Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aming Silaban to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Fotbal Club Vaslui getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Mihnea Fânaru hit a great ball.
