In the 15th minute of the match Aming Silaban sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Darin Marks skillfully saved the ball. Rudy Irvin's late challenge caught a Bandung Tigers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rudy Irvin helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in C. A. Pipon Pipon fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 16th minute. Penalty! C. A. Pipon Pipon:s Darin Marks showed great skill when he stopped Aming Silaban:s penalty. Darin Marks showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atang Rumbewas in the 19th minute of the match. When Marcos Sewell came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the C. A. Pipon Pipon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcos Sewell couldn't finish the play. 24 minutes into the match, Bandung Tigers's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Sewell came free, but Legimin Murtopo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the game, Bronson Mackey was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C. A. Pipon Pipon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bandung Tigers the free kick. A collision led to C. A. Pipon Pipon getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Bronson Mackey hit a great ball. Legimin Murtopo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Sewell in the 37th minute of play. After 48 played minutes Bandung Tigers got a freekick which was hit by M. Ikhsan Jamaluddin. In the 49th minute, M. Ikhsan Jamaluddin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Legimin Murtopo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Sewell, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bobby Fisher was the one to do the kick off. C. A. Pipon Pipon's Darin Marks played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by M. Ikhsan Jamaluddin in the 58th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Ibing Tauhid got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Bandung Tigers's M. Ikhsan Jamaluddin got a free kick in the 71st minute. M. Ikhsan Jamaluddin hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 74th minute, Ibing Tauhid hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 75 minutes into the game, C. A. Pipon Pipon's Raphael Houser nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Legimin Murtopo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. If Raphael Houser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Unang Souisa's late challenge caught a C. A. Pipon Pipon's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Unang Souisa helped the player get up and apologised. After some careless play in the C. A. Pipon Pipon defense, Ibing Tauhid kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Darin Marks. The C. A. Pipon Pipon fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Darin Marks should have stopped the shot. In the 95thth minute of the game Marcos Sewell who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bandung Tigers's Legimin Murtopo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 99th minute, Rama Pravita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bandung Tigers's supporters rose to their feet, but Rama Pravita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Darin Marks breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
