The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. The supporters of Velez-Malaga booed when Boomer Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Venceslás Sánchez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bao Huguet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Valerón in the 79th minute of play. Bao Huguet came out of the goal and Agustín Valerón tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Velez-Malaga supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Boomer Fc's performance. The match ended with a win for Boomer Fc.
