Gustavo Corrêa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of TIMETER EC -DMZ- booed when Mukifus FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Paulo Neiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the game, Jairo Martins was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mukifus FSCMZ the free kick. In the 13th minute, Jairo Martins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th minute, Ismael Arce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Vítor de Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cido Félix in the 19th minute of play. César da Mata took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jean Romero. Jean Romero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 27th minute Gustavo Corrêa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean Romero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the game, César da Mata cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Jean Romero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Gustavo Corrêa got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oséias de Castro hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. The audience cheered when Vito Velloso's long shot passed Jean Romero's right side. It was 0-3, 42 minutes into the match.

56 minutes into the game, Delfim Figueiredo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Vítor de Lima was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Jairo Martins was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 64 minutes had been played. In the 65th match minute, TIMETER EC -DMZ- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jairo Martins to maneuver through the defense. 67 minutes into the match, João Paulo Neiva notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Vítor de Lima. Vítor de Lima was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 78 minutes into the match, Elói Borges had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jean Romero. Mukifus FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elói Borges was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-4. With a little luck, Mukifus FSCMZ's Jean Romero got control of the ball when Elói Borges tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Paulo Neiva in the 86th minute of play forced TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Vítor de Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vítor de Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Paulo Neiva in the 89th minute of play. Elói Borges succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-5 in the 94th playminute. TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
