A collision led to Família Ressaca MZ getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Bernardinho Vieira hit a great ball. The supporters of Família Ressaca MZ booed when Westbam was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wladyslaw Laskowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raul Gonçalves hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. The supporters of Westbam booed when Família Ressaca MZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guilherme Brito didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute Mariusz Wejta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitinho Fontes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th match minute, Família Ressaca MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celsinho Vidal to maneuver through the defense. Westbam's Pankracy Sakowicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celsinho Vidal in the 16th minute of play. Pankracy Sakowicz was out of position in the 21 minute of play, and Raul Gonçalves capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Raul Gonçalves really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fernando Maciel got free with Pankracy Sakowicz in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pankracy Sakowicz was a little too slow when Raul Gonçalves got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fernando Maciel got free with Pankracy Sakowicz in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Westbam's Pankracy Sakowicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celsinho Vidal in the 33rd minute of play. Fernando Maciel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Pankracy Sakowicz made a huge save. Vitinho Fontes came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Westbam's Mariusz Wejta. But to his dismay, Mariusz Wejta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After 41 played minutes Westbam got a freekick which was hit by Jaroslaw Panasewicz. Pankracy Sakowicz came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Família Ressaca MZ's Raul Gonçalves. But to his dismay, Raul Gonçalves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mariusz Wejta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pankracy Sakowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celsinho Vidal in the 56th minute of play. Zula Kluczyk kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 60th minute, Celsinho Vidal made a precise shot to the right of Pankracy Sakowicz. Westbam's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Família Ressaca MZ's Fernando Maciel got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Celsinho Vidal took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pankracy Sakowicz. Pankracy Sakowicz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celsinho Vidal in the 68th minute of play forced Westbam's goalkeeper Pankracy Sakowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Westbam's goal looked a bit too open when Narciso Azevedo came free, but Pankracy Sakowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Família Ressaca MZ defense, Mariusz Wejta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vitinho Fontes. The Família Ressaca MZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vitinho Fontes should have stopped the shot. Westbam's Pankracy Sakowicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Maciel in the 77th minute of play. After some careless play in the Westbam defense, Raul Gonçalves kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pankracy Sakowicz. The Westbam fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pankracy Sakowicz should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raul Gonçalves in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pankracy Sakowicz saved Westbam from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Westbam's Mariusz Wejta slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vitinho Fontes. That made the score 7-3 after 93 minutes of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Família Ressaca MZ fully deserved thier win.
