Gilberto Domenec recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Edvaldo de Sousa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benigno Galoer in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's goalkeeper Edvaldo de Sousa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Osvaldo Soares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Alejo Gaspard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Danilo Faria could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Alejo Gaspard made a huge save. Alejo Gaspard made an important save on a dangerous shot by Danilo Faria in the 31st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benigno Galoer in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edvaldo de Sousa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 35 minutes into the match, Luganeros AFC's goalkeeper Alejo Gaspard had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Osvaldo Soares. In the 42nd match minute, Luganeros AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Domenec to maneuver through the defense. 48 minutes into the game, Benigno Galoer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Luganeros AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA the free kick. Benigno Galoer hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gilberto Domenec made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Carlos Eduardo Leão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edvaldo de Sousa came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Luganeros AFC's Gilberto Domenec. But to his dismay, Gilberto Domenec quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Osvaldo Soares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benigno Galoer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. A collision led to Luganeros AFC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Siro Padro hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Gilberto Domenec managed to get in a good position for a shot. Luganeros AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilberto Domenec was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edvaldo de Sousa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's zone, Gilberto Domenec stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edvaldo de Sousa came out of the goal and Gilberto Domenec tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldo Soares in the 94th minute of play forced Luganeros AFC's goalkeeper Alejo Gaspard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Luganeros AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
