In the 7th minute of the match Guaberto Cordeiro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edgard Rossi skillfully saved the ball. In the 15th minute, Conrado Lauro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luciano Amaral's late challenge caught a Riesgo Cero's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luciano Amaral helped the player get up and apologised. When Riesgo Cero's Diego Lia in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lidice's goalie prevented a goal. In the 18th minute Diego Lia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgard Rossi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luciano Amaral hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Edgard Rossi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romulo Chan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 29 played minutes, Riesgo Cero's Eliseo Teyo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edgard Rossi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Riesgo Cero reached it. In the 33rd minute, Riesgo Cero's Clodoveo Pacho dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Riesgo Cero's Diego Lia was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 39th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After some careless play in the Lidice defense, Diego Lia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edgard Rossi. The Lidice fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edgard Rossi should have stopped the shot.

51 minutes into the match, Lidice's goal looked a bit too open when Clodoveo Pacho came free, but Edgard Rossi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edgard Rossi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clodoveo Pacho in the 53rd minute of play. 57 minutes into the game, Clodoveo Pacho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Edgard Rossi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Candido Bikendi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Edgard Rossi. Lidice's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 61stth minute of the game Clodoveo Pacho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lidice's Edgard Rossi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Lidice's zone, Clodoveo Pacho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgard Rossi came out of the goal and Clodoveo Pacho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 64 minutes, Ruben Mingo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Riesgo Cero and the Lidice players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Lidice booed when Riesgo Cero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruben Mingo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74th minute Clodoveo Pacho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgard Rossi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute of the match Eliseo Teyo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edgard Rossi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Clodoveo Pacho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edgard Rossi. Lidice's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Clodoveo Pacho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. When Riesgo Cero's Clodoveo Pacho in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 85 played minutes, Riesgo Cero's Candido Bikendi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edgard Rossi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Edgard Rossi came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Riesgo Cero's Clodoveo Pacho. But to his dismay, Clodoveo Pacho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. In the 90th minute, Régis Paraíba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Diego Lia struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Edgard Rossi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Riesgo Cero. The audience was convinced that Clodoveo Pacho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edgard Rossi was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Clodoveo Pacho put it in 9-0 from a short distance just to the right of Edgard Rossi.
