Donatello Barajo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilberto Silveira in the 7th minute of the match. Juan-Carlos Otero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Kaká Reis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Gilberto Silveira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Donatello Barajo. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gilberto Silveira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 21st minute, Cristiano Lopez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, OS IMPOSSIVEIS's Antônio Mazza got a free kick in the 30th minute. After 31 minutes of play, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Ipar Monzonis made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kaká Reis was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 38th minute Cesinha Galvão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donatello Barajo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Gonchan Marisancena fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's protests and gave Gonchan Marisancena a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of OS IMPOSSIVEIS booed when Club Dep. Soc. Rodo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gonchan Marisancena didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 43 minutes, Orlan Benito mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Dep. Soc. Rodo and the OS IMPOSSIVEIS players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Club Dep. Soc. Rodo getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Orlan Benito hit a great ball. Donatello Barajo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gilberto Silveira's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ipar Monzonis was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Ipar Monzonis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's supporters rose to their feet, but Ipar Monzonis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kaká Reis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vidal Ximeno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kaká Reis having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan-Carlos Otero in the 55th minute of play forced OS IMPOSSIVEIS's goalkeeper Kaká Reis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute, Fiori Mazza made a precise shot to the right of Donatello Barajo. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. OS IMPOSSIVEIS's Kaká Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ipar Monzonis in the 67th minute of play. The supporters of Club Dep. Soc. Rodo booed when OS IMPOSSIVEIS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristiano Lopez didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristiano Bertassi during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 68 minutes into the game, one of OS IMPOSSIVEIS:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After a long run with the ball, Gonchan Marisancena did a trick in the 70th minute in front of OS IMPOSSIVEIS's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 3-4. An impressive performance by Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Gonchan Marisancena! With an all-out effort, OS IMPOSSIVEIS's Donatello Barajo threw himself towards the right post 77 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ezequiel Almeida, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Donatello Barajo was a little too slow when Gilberto Silveira got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 3-5. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Blas Bolaños managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's supporters rose to their feet, but Blas Bolaños was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kaká Reis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Gilberto Silveira took a quick shot and it went in 3-6 without a chance for Donatello Barajo to make any attempt to save it. In the 90th minute, Fiori Mazza reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Donatello Barajo. The goal made the score 3-7. Sebastiano Macilla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kaká Reis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 98th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. OS IMPOSSIVEIS walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
