In the 57th minute, Gonchan Marisancena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 61 minutes into the game, Vidal Ximeno recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Orlando Crain. Vidal Ximeno showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Hurricanes FC's Randal Guzman managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Orlan Benito in the 67 minute of the game. When Vidal Ximeno came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Club Dep. Soc. Rodo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vidal Ximeno couldn't finish the play. In the 96th minute, Juan-Carlos Otero made a precise shot to the right of Orlando Crain. Hurricanes FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3.
