An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Arnas in the 26th minute of play forced São Paulo da Floresta's goalkeeper Carlos Fernando Almeida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Arnoldo Pasqual managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Vitório Mendonça in the 35 minute of the game. Carlos Fernando Almeida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eriberto Florinio in the 36th minute of play. Vitório Mendonça took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Severiano Raitin. ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

It was beautiful to see São Paulo da Floresta's Vitório Mendonça in action when he in the 85th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Eriberto Florinio got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, São Paulo da Floresta's Elder Catarinense got a free kick in the 90th minute. In the 94th minute, Benjamin Arnas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carlos Fernando Almeida was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
