With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aare Hindremäe in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lucio Hernandez saved Nina fc from getting behind. FC Dundee's Ivari Olumets played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celestino Munio in the 12th minute of play. After 15 played minutes Nina fc got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Heriberto. Haarald Ling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucio Hernandez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aare Hindremäe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Haarald Lings short, quick shot in the 28thth minute got Lucio Hernandez to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Aare Hindremäe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Lucio Hernandez made a huge save. If Hannes Uusmaa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lucio Hernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aare Hindremäe in the 41st minute of play. Haarald Ling struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Lucio Hernandez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Dundee. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aare Hindremäe was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute Aare Hindremäe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucio Hernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in FC Dundee's zone, Celestino Munio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivari Olumets came out of the goal and Celestino Munio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 69th minute, Priidu Elken hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nina fc's Lucio Hernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aare Hindremäe in the 76th minute of play. When Celestino Munio fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nina fc's protests and gave Celestino Munio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 77th match minute, Nina fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celestino Munio to maneuver through the defense. Haarald Ling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Lucio Hernandez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
