One of SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Bruges:s goal. 23 minutes into the game, SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's Benedicto Atauri nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Douglas Schoenmaekers made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 27 minutes into the match, FC Bruges's goal looked a bit too open when Severo Hanni came free, but Douglas Schoenmaekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Celedonio Domingues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Douglas Schoenmaekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severo Hanni, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 30thth minute of the game Severo Hanni who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Bruges's Douglas Schoenmaekers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedicto Atauri in the 34th minute of play forced FC Bruges's goalkeeper Douglas Schoenmaekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Douglas Schoenmaekers came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's Severo Hanni. But to his dismay, Severo Hanni quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 39 minutes into the match, FC Bruges's goal looked a bit too open when Benedicto Atauri came free, but Douglas Schoenmaekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benedicto Atauri in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Douglas Schoenmaekers saved FC Bruges from getting behind. Douglas Schoenmaekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celedonio Domingues, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Severo Hanni made the kick off in the second half. After 86 played minutes Celedonio Domingues rounded FC Bruges's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-6. In the 89th minute, Jozef De Custer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Douglas Schoenmaekers was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Jairo Ikatz. Douglas Schoenmaekers was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Celedonio Domingues showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 94 minute of play.
