Aron Milcoveanu might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Caio dos Santos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aron Milcoveanu ran back to his position shaking his head. Caio dos Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Homescu in the 11th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, LIVIUS UNITED MLS's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sérgio Dante fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a rather tough play, LIVIUS UNITED MLS's Viorel Banciu got a free kick in the 14th minute. Caio dos Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aron Milcoveanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Maverick Futebol Clube's Sérgio Dante sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Manuel Bojonca narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aron Milcoveanu in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Caio dos Santos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emanuel Homescu during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Emanuel Homescu kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Maverick Futebol Clube's Sérgio Dante ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Manuel Bojonca. Manuel Bojonca yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 34th minute, Dinu Olteanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manuel Bojonca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roger Rossi in the 36th minute of play. Caio dos Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aron Milcoveanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Aurelian Savin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 40th minute Aron Milcoveanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caio dos Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aurelian Savin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Caio dos Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After a rather tough play, Maverick Futebol Clube's Percival Marinho got a free kick in the 51st minute. If Aron Milcoveanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eurico Mazza in the 67th minute of play forced LIVIUS UNITED MLS's goalkeeper Manuel Bojonca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Percival Marinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Bojonca having to interfere. Manuel Bojonca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eurico Mazza in the 70th minute of play. LIVIUS UNITED MLS's Manuel Bojonca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eurico Mazza in the 72nd minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, LIVIUS UNITED MLS's goal looked a bit too open when Eurico Mazza came free, but Manuel Bojonca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manuel Bojonca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eurico Mazza in the 88th minute of the match.
