Júlio Jacinto hit a great ball. In the 7th match minute, Tunge Titans was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hjalmar Brenner to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 8 minutes, Gustavo Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. S.C. Corinthians Paulista's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustavo Santos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Freddie Kvalfält kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 11th minute, Tunge Titans's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gustavo Santos fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Luiz Fernando Figueiredo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hjalmar Brenner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the game, Tunge Titans's Hjalmar Brenner nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luiz Fernando Figueiredo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Luiz Fernando Figueiredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torbjörn Åhlberg in the 25th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, S.C. Corinthians Paulista's goal looked a bit too open when Torbjörn Åhlberg came free, but Luiz Fernando Figueiredo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luiz Fernando Figueiredo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Torbjörn Åhlberg went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Matías de Moraes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kenny Forsberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. If Torbjörn Åhlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The S.C. Corinthians Paulista players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tunge Titans were winning 0-3.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hjalmar Brenner made a kick off. An unexpected shot in the 53rd minute by Lars-Erik Hellbom got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 56 minutes into the match, Hjalmar Brenner notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of S.C. Corinthians Paulista's Luiz Fernando Figueiredo. Luiz Fernando Figueiredo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee showed Dalmo Bertassi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Tunge Titans booed when S.C. Corinthians Paulista was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dalmo Bertassi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gustavo Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kenny Forsberg having to interfere. Luiz Fernando Figueiredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars-Erik Hellbom in the 79th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Erik Skog hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luiz Fernando Figueiredo made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Hjalmar Brenner sent off a good shot on target. 85 minutes into the game, Júlio Jacinto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. S.C. Corinthians Paulista's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tunge Titans the free kick. After a rather tough play, S.C. Corinthians Paulista's Júlio Jacinto got a free kick in the 85th minute. The S.C. Corinthians Paulista supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Tunge Titans's performance. The match ended with a win for Tunge Titans.
