Rui Veiga scored 1-0 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Robbrecht Caes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 15th minute Rui Veiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robbrecht Caes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. VC zoetwater's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Rui Veiga scored to the left of an out of position Robbrecht Caes, making the score, 2-0. In the 20th match minute, VC zoetwater was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmond Coveliers to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute Carlos Gonçalves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robbrecht Caes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, Hélio Prada recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Robbrecht Caes. Hélio Prada showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Edwin Jennes charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edwin Jennes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 27 minutes into the game, one of VC zoetwater:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Robbrecht Caes, was totally fooled by Viseu United's Daniel Pimentel, who 29 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 34th minute, Jos Armentier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 40 minutes, Carlos Gonçalves mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Viseu United and the VC zoetwater players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 40 played minutes Viseu United got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Gonçalves. Robbrecht Caes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carlos Gonçalves went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Gonçalves in the 48th minute of play forced VC zoetwater's goalkeeper Robbrecht Caes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

In the 66th minute, Rui Veiga ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Robbrecht Caes was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. In the 69th minute, Andreas Wollans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Robbrecht Caes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rui Veiga in the 76th minute of the match. Robbrecht Caes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rui Veiga went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. 86 minutes into the game, Hélio Prada cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Robbrecht Caes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
