Duda de Sousa scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luiz Fabiano Corrêa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luiz Fabiano Corrêa came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Izaltina FAD's Osmar Donato. But to his dismay, Osmar Donato quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Danilo Paulista charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Danilo Paulista the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Danilo Paulista kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Diego Valladares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Válbson Rocha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luiz Fabiano Corrêa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duda de Sousa in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Adilson Coutinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Válbson Rocha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 23 played minutes Jaru-Uaru got a freekick which was hit by David Magalhães. In the 24th minute of the match Duda de Sousa sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luiz Fabiano Corrêa skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Izaltina FAD's Duda de Sousa got a free kick in the 27th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Jaru-Uaru's goal looked a bit too open when Duda de Sousa came free, but Luiz Fabiano Corrêa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, Cristóvão Paranaense was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Izaltina FAD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jaru-Uaru the free kick. In the 38th match minute, Izaltina FAD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristóvão Paranaense to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Izaltina FAD's Cristóvão Paranaense got a free kick in the 41st minute. Luiz Fabiano Corrêa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duda de Sousa in the 44th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 52 minutes of play, Izaltina FAD's Osmar Donato made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luiz Fabiano Corrêa was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 57th minute Cristóvão Paranaense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Fabiano Corrêa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Izaltina FAD's Emerson Cabral got a free kick in the 60th minute. Adilson Coutinho took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 61st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Diego Valladares. Izaltina FAD's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Jaru-Uaru getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Adilson Coutinho hit a great ball. Diego Valladares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedrinho Schmidt in the 65th minute of play. Luiz Fabiano Corrêa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristóvão Paranaense, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. With an all-out effort, Izaltina FAD's Luiz Fabiano Corrêa threw himself towards the right post 72 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Osmar Donato, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Válbson Rocha fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jaru-Uaru's protests and gave Válbson Rocha a yellow card for diving instead. In the 73rd match minute, Jaru-Uaru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Válbson Rocha to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Izaltina FAD booed when Jaru-Uaru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedrinho Schmidt didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Jaru-Uaru's Luiz Fabiano Corrêa got control of the ball when Leandro Alagoano tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Leandro Alagoano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Izaltina FAD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6.
