After 4 played minutes Rejunte de perros got a freekick which was hit by Marcos Otsando. After 8 minutes, Osvaldo Eguntsenti mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rejunte de perros and the Preator Edikt players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Josef Österlund fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Preator Edikt's protests and gave Josef Österlund a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Rejunte de perros booed when Preator Edikt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Josef Österlund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Preator Edikt's Nils-Erik Sundberg got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rejunte de perros's Angel Pierres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olof Östman in the 21st minute of play. After 24 minutes of play Rejunte de perros's Osvaldo Eguntsenti was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Preator Edikt booed when Rejunte de perros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldo Eguntsenti didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute Jens-Ove Ambjörnsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel Pierres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angel Pierres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens-Ove Ambjörnsson in the 31st minute of play. A collision led to Preator Edikt getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Josef Österlund hit a great ball. Angel Pierres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olof Östman in the 35th minute of play. If Nils-Erik Sundberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th match minute, Rejunte de perros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blas Firme to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Olof Östman to make the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Preator Edikt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olof Östman to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Rejunte de perros getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Tiburcio Guzman hit a great ball. Jens-Ove Ambjörnsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angel Pierres having to interfere. In the 67th minute Olof Östman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel Pierres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Rejunte de perros booed when Preator Edikt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Josef Österlund didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 69 played minutes Preator Edikt got a freekick which was hit by Kjell Wennerqvist. Marcos Otsando took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 70th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Reine Pettersson. Preator Edikt's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Reine Pettersson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiburcio Guzman, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olof Östman in the 73rd minute of play forced Rejunte de perros's goalkeeper Angel Pierres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute Olof Östman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel Pierres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 74 minutes, Blas Firme managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rejunte de perros's supporters crossed their fingers, but Blas Firme was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Preator Edikt's zone, Tiburcio Guzman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reine Pettersson came out of the goal and Tiburcio Guzman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Angel Pierres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olof Östman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Preator Edikt players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
