Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roosevelt Sullivan in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Billy Falck prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Skollholmen FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Tor Åkerberg hit a great ball. Roosevelt Sullivan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Skollholmen FC's Tor Åkerberg got a free kick in the 25th minute. Billy Falck stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roosevelt Sullivan's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. In the 28th minute, Skollholmen FC's Bernt Sjögren seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Bernt Sjögren the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Skollholmen FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Bernt Sjögren had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Skollholmen FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 27th minute. Penalty! Skollholmen FC's Billy Falck proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Skollholmen FC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Skollholmen FC booed when Atletico Patoruzu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelo-Luis Gigante didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute, Magnus Söderlund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Billy Falck stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roosevelt Sullivan's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

After having played for 52 minutes, Cedric Coulter managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atletico Patoruzu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cedric Coulter was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 55 minutes into the match, Atletico Patoruzu's goal looked a bit too open when Magnus Söderlund came free, but Trey Randle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Trey Randle was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Alexander Lööf capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alexander Lööf really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Skollholmen FC's Billy Falck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cedric Coulter in the 65th minute of play. Magnus Söderlund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Trey Randle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 68 minutes into the game, Atletico Patoruzu's Cedric Coulter nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Billy Falck made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Billy Falck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roosevelt Sullivan in the 72nd minute of play. Roosevelt Sullivan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Billy Falck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Roosevelt Sullivan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 77 played minutes Skollholmen FC got a freekick which was hit by Tor Åkerberg. Herman Vennerkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trey Randle having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Roosevelt Sullivan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atletico Patoruzu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. There was no doubt that Atletico Patoruzu were the better team. Atletico Patoruzu's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
