Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) La Boys's Gustaf Dahlbom started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Cemil Bayülgen fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. A collision led to La Boys getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Ola Hafström hit a great ball. In the 12th minute, Gustaf Dahlbom made a precise shot to the right of İshak Atatuğ. Basmane Texas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When Niklas Almkvist came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the La Boys fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niklas Almkvist couldn't finish the play. After 16 played minutes Basmane Texas got a freekick which was hit by Tibet Özyurt. İshak Atatuğ made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Morgan Markusson in the 19th minute of play. Ralf Strömberg made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Behçet Polatkılıç sent off a good shot on target. After 22 played minutes Basmane Texas got a freekick which was hit by Demirhan İltan. In the 28th minute Knut Wållander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İshak Atatuğ saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olle Simonsson kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. La Boys's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Knut Wållander in the 33rd minute. Knut Wållander made a great header on La Boys's corner, it was just that Basmane Texas's İshak Atatuğ managed to reach the ball for a save. Ralf Strömberg came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Basmane Texas's Behçet Polatkılıç. But to his dismay, Behçet Polatkılıç quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Morgan Markusson in the 40th minute of play forced Basmane Texas's goalkeeper İshak Atatuğ to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. İshak Atatuğ showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaf Dahlbom, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. If Çelebi Pektürk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Knut Wållander during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 44th minute, Knut Wållander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tibet Özyurt charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tibet Özyurt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 46th match minute, Basmane Texas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tibet Özyurt to maneuver through the defense. After 47 played minutes, La Boys's Olle Simonsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper İshak Atatuğ came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in La Boys reached it. When Çelebi Pektürk fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Basmane Texas's protests and gave Çelebi Pektürk a yellow card for diving instead. Çelebi Pektürk hit a great freekick 49 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Behçet Polatkılıç to strike the kick off in the second half. Kjell-Arne Håning received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. İshak Atatuğ tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Morgan Markusson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İshak Atatuğ having to interfere. İshak Atatuğ made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustaf Dahlbom in the 61st minute. Gustaf Dahlbom's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but İshak Atatuğ read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. After 64 played minutes Basmane Texas got a freekick which was hit by Çelebi Pektürk. Cemil Bayülgen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Ralf Strömberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Folke Sellberg kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. After 77 played minutes, Basmane Texas's Ali Faruk Uram shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ralf Strömberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Basmane Texas reached it. Behçet Polatkılıç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ralf Strömberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Behçet Polatkılıç in the 93rd minute of the match. After 95 played minutes La Boys got a freekick which was hit by Gustaf Dahlbom. After a rather tough play, Basmane Texas's Demirhan İltan got a free kick in the 98th minute. La Boys were awarded a corner in the 100th minute after Basmane Texas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Knut Wållander took the corner. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gustaf Dahlbom in the 101st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg İshak Atatuğ saved Basmane Texas from getting behind. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
