In the 2nd minute of the match Gaffar Tanbay sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ralf Strömberg skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 4 minutes, Yngve Wennerquist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Boys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yngve Wennerquist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 9th minute, Ludvig Eklund reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nurtekin İskandil. The goal made the score 1-0. When Basmane Texas's Suphi Reha in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Boys's goalie prevented a goal. Nurtekin İskandil didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yngve Wennerquist went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 20th minute, Niklas Almkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 22 minutes into the match, Basmane Texas's goalkeeper Nurtekin İskandil had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Niklas Almkvist. Yngve Wennerquist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Nurtekin İskandil made a huge save. Nurtekin İskandil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludvig Eklund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Basmane Texas's Nurtekin İskandil got control of the ball when Ivan Damm tried to sneak it across the goal line. A hard shot 41 in the game by Yngve Wennerquist from a close distance when the talented Nurtekin İskandil managed to make a qualified save. Basmane Texas's players were relieved. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bircan Ulaç to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes, Tibet Özyurt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Basmane Texas and the La Boys players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nurtekin İskandil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Damm, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After 56 minutes, Yngve Wennerquist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Boys and the Basmane Texas players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience was convinced that Ludvig Eklund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nurtekin İskandil was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. A collision led to Basmane Texas getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Behzat Arslantürk hit a great ball. Nurtekin İskandil was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 70 minutes into the match, Basmane Texas's goal looked a bit too open when Yngve Wennerquist came free, but Nurtekin İskandil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 74 minutes into the game, Ivan Damm cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Nurtekin İskandil was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Knut Wållander kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Ludvig Eklund left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Boys fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. If Niklas Almkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nurtekin İskandil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yngve Wennerquist, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. The supporters of Basmane Texas booed when La Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Knut Wållander didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. La Boys had played much better football throughout.
