In the 25th minute, Aaron Zamorano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Florian Huratiak during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Florian Huratiak hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. 27 minutes into the game, Aaron Zamorano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CRUZ DEL SUR's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FA Sandtown the free kick. After 28 played minutes CRUZ DEL SUR got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Zamorano. Podador Arraño kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Godofredo Mac Intyre made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emil Sakowicz in the 43rd minute. The audience was convinced that José Ignacio Berguecio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Michal Zdeb was relentless in the 48th minute of the game.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emil Sakowicz was the one to do the kick off. FA Sandtown's Michal Zdeb couldn't get a good grip on the ball when Lorenzo Mella shot the distance nicking the right pole and went into goal in the 90th minute, 1-5. CRUZ DEL SUR's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
