Maccabi Netanya were furious when Amitsur Rafner was red carded, 53 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 52 minutes into the game, one of Maccabi Netanya:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 54 minutes, FC Pladask's Jan-Kenneth Øglænd got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Freddy Zelbitz. Maccabi Netanya's Freddy Zelbitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Maccabi Netanya from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Mati Adamski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bjørn Engelund was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Mati Adamski's late challenge caught a FC Pladask's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The player immediately received a yellow card. 71 minutes into the match, FC Pladask's goal looked a bit too open when Tesher Goldfarb came free, but Bjørn Engelund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 77 minutes into the game, Albert Bergerud recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Freddy Zelbitz. Albert Bergerud showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. After 82 minutes, Kenneth Stordal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Pladask and the Maccabi Netanya players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 81 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Pladask! The referee gave Maccabi Netanya a penalty, 83 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Barel Gavrilov, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FC Pladask's Bjørn Engelund. 2-4. Tesher Goldfarb fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bjørn Engelund having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Kristen Sollien hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tesher Goldfarb kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. FC Pladask's Bjørn Engelund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mati Adamski in the 98th minute of play. Although Maccabi Netanya had been in control for most of the match, FC Pladask still came away with the win.
