The audience thought a goal was coming when Anselmo Liberto got free with Antoine Maddox in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 14 minutes into the game, Armando Ellande was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bancruz F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Qikiqtarjuaq FC the free kick. Armando Ellande kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After 18 played minutes Anselmo Liberto rounded Qikiqtarjuaq FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Genaro Handi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Earl Croteau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Jenaro's late challenge caught a Qikiqtarjuaq FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. David Jenaro helped the player get up and apologised. Alton Tate sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anselmo Liberto received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Antoine Maddox came out and tried to block the shot, but Anselmo Liberto slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 40th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alton Tate to make the kick off. Bancruz F.C's Genaro Handi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alton Tate in the 52nd minute of play. In the 55th minute Anselmo Liberto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antoine Maddox saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antoine Maddox showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Liberto in the 59th minute of the match. Genaro Handi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alton Tate, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. With a little luck, Bancruz F.C's Genaro Handi got control of the ball when Earl Croteau tried to sneak it across the goal line. 72 minutes into the game, Jose Grandbois was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Antoine Maddox dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After some careless play in the Qikiqtarjuaq FC defense, Anselmo Liberto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Antoine Maddox. The Qikiqtarjuaq FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Antoine Maddox should have stopped the shot. Genaro Handi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Earl Croteau in the 90th minute of the match. Alton Tate hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
