Enrique Garaona was out of position in the 5 minute of play, and Mariano Olando capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mariano Olando really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 8th minute Mariano Olando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Garaona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Belfegor FC's Benjamin Oroitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto Munio in the 11th minute of play. After 12 minutes of play, Belfegor FC's Feliciano Baristo made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Enrique Garaona was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Nereo Tohias fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atletico Los Andes's protests and gave Nereo Tohias a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Belfegor FC booed when Club Atletico Los Andes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nereo Tohias didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Gogo Selmo took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Enrique Garaona to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Olando in the 24th minute of play forced Club Atletico Los Andes's goalkeeper Enrique Garaona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teodosio Guillen during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 26th match minute, Club Atletico Los Andes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodosio Guillen to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Amado Oskitz from long distance, 27 minutes into the match, got Enrique Garaona's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 28 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Los Andes's goalkeeper Enrique Garaona had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Feliciano Baristo. Enrique Garaona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gogo Selmo in the 36th minute of play. After 36 minutes of play Club Atletico Los Andes's Teodosio Guillen was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 37 played minutes Club Atletico Los Andes got a freekick which was hit by Teodosio Guillen. In the 47th match minute, Belfegor FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Benvide to maneuver through the defense. In the 48th minute of the match, Gilberto Munio sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Benjamin Oroitz showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gogo Selmo made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliciano Baristo in the 56th minute of play forced Club Atletico Los Andes's goalkeeper Enrique Garaona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Belfegor FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Mariano Olando hit a great ball. Belfegor FC's Faustino Dei was substituted for Feliciano Baristo. Belfegor FC made a substitution. Augusto Gomesano replaced Danilo Hori. Enrique Garaona showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faustino Dei, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Enrique Garaona didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Faustino Dei went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. Faustino Dei took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Enrique Garaona. Enrique Garaona dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. In the 85th minute Augusto Gomesano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Garaona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, Belfegor FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto Munio came free, but Benjamin Oroitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Belfegor FC had won after a very even match.
