Walmir Terra hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Renascença A.C.'s Fred Freire played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ola Hansson in the 5th minute of play. Fernando Berger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 9th minute, Jairo Jesus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fred Freire stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henrik Söder's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Jimmie Ek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdir Gaspar in the 12th minute of play. Kauã Pernambucano's late challenge caught a Firma Barnängen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kauã Pernambucano helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Firma Barnängen booed when Renascença A.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kauã Pernambucano didn't get a good kick on the ball. The corner led Firma Barnängen's Martin Deckbergh to fire away a dangerous shot which Fred Freire despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some careless play in the Renascença A.C. defense, Lucas Elg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fred Freire. The Renascença A.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fred Freire should have stopped the shot. 23 minutes into the game, Ola Hansson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Firma Barnängen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Renascença A.C. the free kick. A collision led to Firma Barnängen getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Ola Hansson hit a great ball. In the 24th minute Fernando Berger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimmie Ek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evert Nordlund kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Firma Barnängen's Jimmie Ek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Berger in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th minute Ola Hansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fred Freire saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ola Hansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henrik Söder in the 40thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fred Freire, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdir Gaspar in the 44th minute of play forced Firma Barnängen's goalkeeper Jimmie Ek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ola Hansson to make the kick off. Jerry Bengtsson kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Lucas Elg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fred Freire having to interfere. Fred Freire made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ola Hansson in the 57th minute of play. Kauã Pernambucano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Jimmie Ek made a huge save. After 67 played minutes Firma Barnängen got a freekick which was hit by Henrik Söder. 70 minutes into the game, Henrik Söder cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Fred Freire was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ola Hansson in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fred Freire prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fred Freire took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ola Hansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ola Hansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fred Freire having to interfere. Fernando Berger could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Jimmie Ek made a huge save. 90 minutes into the match, Firma Barnängen's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Berger came free, but Jimmie Ek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henrik Söder charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Henrik Söder the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Henrik Söder hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Firma Barnängen were victorious despite being under pressure from Renascença A.C. for much of the match.
