Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s Edgardo Kinsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alpi Askolin in the 9th minute of play. Iivo Mäkitalo hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s zone, Iivo Mäkitalo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgardo Kinsen came out of the goal and Iivo Mäkitalo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Camilo Palben received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jyrki Rajamäki came out and tried to block the shot, but Camilo Palben slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 15th minute. After a rather tough play, Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s Silvestre Marcones got a free kick in the 20th minute. When Flavio Urbez came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavio Urbez couldn't finish the play. Eevert Hati fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgardo Kinsen having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Topi Porokara left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palloketut fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 32 minutes into the match, Palloketut's goalkeeper Jyrki Rajamäki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Camilo Palben. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s goalkeeper Edgardo Kinsen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 40 minutes into the game, Benedicto Lobo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palloketut the free kick. In the 40th match minute, Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benedicto Lobo to maneuver through the defense. Edgardo Kinsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iivo Mäkitalo in the 42nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iivo Mäkitalo in the 44th minute of play forced Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s goalkeeper Edgardo Kinsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Eevert Hati had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgardo Kinsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eevert Hati in the 49th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Camilo Palben to make the kick off. Edgardo Kinsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iivo Mäkitalo, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Eevert Hati fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgardo Kinsen having to interfere. Iivo Mäkitalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Edgardo Kinsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iivo Mäkitalo in the 70th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Iivo Mäkitalo made a precise shot to the right of Edgardo Kinsen. Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s goalkeeper couldn't reach when Aku Welling 75 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-3. Iivo Mäkitalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 83 minutes into the game, Palloketut's Aku Welling nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edgardo Kinsen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. With a little luck, Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s Edgardo Kinsen got control of the ball when Aku Welling tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jyrki Rajamäki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camilo Palben, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iivo Mäkitalo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Palloketut played a much better game than Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ and deserved their victory. The Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
