In the 11thth minute of the game Nedelcho Popski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but O rey Iván's Serafin Haitz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. O rey Iván's Serafin Haitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evrosi Zdravkov in the 15th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Isaac Txartiko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in O rey Iván's zone, Lyudmil Panicharov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Serafin Haitz came out of the goal and Lyudmil Panicharov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 20th minute, Aurelio Paio made a precise shot to the right of Tencho Genchev. DOROSTOL Ss's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 25 minutes into the game, O rey Iván's Leandro Mederi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tencho Genchev made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After 30 played minutes DOROSTOL Ss got a freekick which was hit by Nedelcho Popski. Genadi Gamizov got a throw-in 31 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Evrosi Zdravkov. In the 33rd minute Lyudmil Panicharov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafin Haitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Serafin Haitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tzvetan Andreychin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cesar Azeari hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. If Nedelcho Popski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leandro Mederi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Tencho Genchev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th match minute, O rey Iván was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesar Azeari to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Aurelio Paio made the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes DOROSTOL Ss got a freekick which was hit by Lyudmil Panicharov. In the 52nd minute, Aurelio Paio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 54 played minutes DOROSTOL Ss got a freekick which was hit by Nedelcho Popski. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Lyudmil Panicharov managed to get in a good position for a shot. DOROSTOL Ss's supporters rose to their feet, but Lyudmil Panicharov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Serafin Haitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evrosi Zdravkov got free with Serafin Haitz in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 82 minutes into the game, Israel Cesario was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. O rey Iván's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave DOROSTOL Ss the free kick. Nedelcho Popski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafin Haitz having to interfere. 88 minutes into the match, DOROSTOL Ss's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelio Paio came free, but Tencho Genchev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind DOROSTOL Ss's goalkeeper Tencho Genchev, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leandro Mederi in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tencho Genchev saved DOROSTOL Ss from getting behind. O rey Iván's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Evrosi Zdravkov 92 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. DOROSTOL Ss's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
