The supporters of Sundens BK booed when Formentera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alonzo Vincente didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Börje Askestät in the 17th minute really tested Prudencio Otsoko's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 19th minute Arnulfo Seme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Axel Martinsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Axel Martinsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Jerrald in the 21st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Formentera's zone, George Ström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Prudencio Otsoko came out of the goal and George Ström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, George Ström took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Prudencio Otsoko to make any attempt to save it. Axel Martinsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Jerrald in the 28th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, George Ström took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Prudencio Otsoko to make any attempt to save it. Sundens BK's George Ström got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Axel Martinsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Christian Jerrald went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Prudencio Otsoko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Ström in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell George Ström to make the kick off. Prudencio Otsoko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George Ström, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Julio Servando during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Formentera:s Prudencio Otsoko showed great skill when he stopped Börje Askestät:s penalty. Axel Martinsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pastor Oriche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The tension between the Formentera and the Sundens BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 87 played minutes, Sundens BK's Börje Askestät shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Prudencio Otsoko came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sundens BK reached it. 94 minutes into the match, Sundens BK's George Ström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Prudencio Otsoko narrowly saved just below the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Formentera players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Sundens BK.
