Club Almirante Brown's Augusto Ilazki shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 5th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Manuel Berto but with some difficulty. 8 minutes into the game, Generoso Gonzo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Oscar Leoncio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 12th minute Manuel Adornio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Leoncio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oscar Leoncio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Adornio, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After some careless play in the Club Almirante Brown defense, Manuel Adornio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oscar Leoncio. The Club Almirante Brown fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oscar Leoncio should have stopped the shot. Oscar Leoncio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Adornio in the 29th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the game, Super Penalitop's Manuel Adornio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oscar Leoncio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. 34 minutes into the match, Club Almirante Brown's goal looked a bit too open when Generoso Gonzo came free, but Oscar Leoncio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Augusto Ilazki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Augusto Ilazki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Manuel Berto made a huge save. Oscar Leoncio came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Super Penalitop's Manuel Adornio. But to his dismay, Manuel Adornio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Erubiel Laurentzi in the 61st minute of play forced Super Penalitop's goalkeeper Manuel Berto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th match minute, Super Penalitop was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anastasio Ixidor to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Club Almirante Brown booed when Super Penalitop was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anastasio Ixidor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manuel Berto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erubiel Laurentzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Club Almirante Brown's defense didn't have a chance, in the 72nd minute, when Manuel Adornio scored to the left of an out of position Oscar Leoncio, making the score, 0-6. If Generoso Gonzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With 88 minutes on the clock, Clemente Frances commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Although Club Almirante Brown had been in control for most of the match, Super Penalitop still came away with the win.
