But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lars-Erik Björk couldn't finish the play. Ola Glad kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. José Paulo Almeida took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mattias Löfkvist. Mattias Löfkvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Tróia in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mattias Löfkvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Murilo Sanches during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, ATHLETICO PRaiano's Murilo Sanches got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 34 minutes into the match, Team Rocco's goal looked a bit too open when Adhemar Diniz came free, but Mattias Löfkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Team Rocco fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 56th minute. Penalty! With an all-out effort, ATHLETICO PRaiano's Mattias Löfkvist threw himself towards the right post 70 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alberto Tróia, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 92nd minute, Rômulo Miranda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alberto Tróia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mattias Löfkvist having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. ATHLETICO PRaiano walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
