The referee ignored FC JaRo Team's protests and gave Mikolaj Niedbalski a yellow card for diving instead. After 7 minutes, Zbyszek Gierasik mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC JaRo Team and the La Pointe Courte players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 7 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC JaRo Team! Wilfried Mahé placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Dawid Kocieniewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dominique Virapin in the 21st minute of play. After 25 played minutes FC JaRo Team got a freekick which was hit by Bogumil Ryback. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC JaRo Team's goalkeeper Dawid Kocieniewski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. John Holmes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. La Pointe Courte's Yann Scott got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers John Holmes in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dawid Kocieniewski saved FC JaRo Team from getting behind. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

An unexpectedly hard shot by John Holmes in the 65th minute of play forced FC JaRo Team's goalkeeper Dawid Kocieniewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, FC JaRo Team's Korneliusz Golembiewski got a free kick in the 66th minute. Korneliusz Golembiewski hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 70th match minute, La Pointe Courte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathys Guigon to maneuver through the defense. After 82 played minutes FC JaRo Team got a freekick which was hit by Szymon Czajka. Patxi Seux took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 83rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dawid Kocieniewski. FC JaRo Team's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by John Holmes in the 90th minute of play forced FC JaRo Team's goalkeeper Dawid Kocieniewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dawid Kocieniewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mathys Guigon, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After a rather tough play, FC JaRo Team's Zbyszek Gierasik got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 94th minute, Patxi Seux got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There was no doubt that La Pointe Courte were the better team. La Pointe Courte's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
