The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Stig Brask made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Rodolfo Donato sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Agne Barck managed to get in a good position for a shot. Haymakers FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Agne Barck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Murillo Valladares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Stig Brask made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Rodolfo Donato sent off a good shot on target. Stig Brask showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Donato, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 33rd minute Lukas Apelkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Murillo Valladares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute, MUSHIBA FC's Rodolfo Donato dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Agne Barck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Murillo Valladares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When Kim Kullgren fell near the penalty area in the 50th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Haymakers FC's protests and gave Kim Kullgren a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roger Broman in the 59th minute of play forced MUSHIBA FC's goalkeeper Murillo Valladares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Haymakers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Álvaro Tróia came free, but Stig Brask reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 62 minutes into the game, MUSHIBA FC's Rodolfo Donato nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stig Brask made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. A collision led to MUSHIBA FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Luan Cosme hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the match, Haymakers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Donato came free, but Stig Brask reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stig Brask made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Donato in the 73rd minute of play. Rodolfo Donato scored 3-1 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stig Brask, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rodolfo Donato in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stig Brask saved Haymakers FC from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lukas Apelkvist got free with Murillo Valladares in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The throw-in from Olle Samuelsson in the 83rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by MUSHIBA FC's Charles Rosa. Rodolfo Donato might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stig Brask. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rodolfo Donato ran back to his position shaking his head. Stig Brask showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodolfo Donato in the 85th minute of the match. Stig Brask came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by MUSHIBA FC's Álvaro Tróia. But to his dismay, Álvaro Tróia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Haymakers FC's goalkeeper Stig Brask, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
