The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerzy Kiepski in the 4th minute of play forced Real Llull de Reus's goalkeeper James Sarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 5 played minutes Real Llull de Reus got a freekick which was hit by Cebrián Amorebieta. James Sarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomir Jestrimski in the 11th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Radomir Jestrimski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but James Sarro was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Pascual Gomar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Sójcze's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when Pascual Gomar scored to the left of an out of position Ksawery Frodyma, making the score, 1-1. James Sarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radomir Jestrimski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maurino Vila hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. James Sarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damazy Jaszyna, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. James Sarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerzy Kiepski in the 37th minute of the match. In the 44th minute Radomir Jestrimski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but James Sarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 44 played minutes Real Llull de Reus got a freekick which was hit by Hurko Mudarra. James Sarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerzy Kiepski, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The Real Llull de Reus players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Sójcze were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jerzy Kiepski to strike the kick off in the second half. If Jerzy Kiepski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Through an outstanding action, after 52 minutes, James Sarro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ksawery Frodyma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berto Quintero in the 55th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jerzy Kiepski got free with James Sarro in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lech Rakowicz hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Omar Zabalo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match was over FC Sójcze could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Real Llull de Reus throughout the match.
