Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jerzy Kiepski took the kick off in the first half of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Slawomir Sikola during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Slawomir Sikola kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. A collision led to Karpaty Krosno getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Norbert Rakiewicz hit a great ball. Karpaty Krosno's Wasyl Sidorowicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerzy Kiepski in the 9th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jerzy Kiepski in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wasyl Sidorowicz saved Karpaty Krosno from getting behind. 15 minutes into the match, Damazy Jaszyna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wasyl Sidorowicz. Karpaty Krosno's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Damazy Jaszyna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Radomir Jestrimski kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Karpaty Krosno's goalkeeper Wasyl Sidorowicz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jerzy Kiepski in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wasyl Sidorowicz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wasyl Sidorowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damazy Jaszyna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 32 played minutes FC Sójcze got a freekick which was hit by Filip Oleszak. The audience was convinced that Jerzy Kiepski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wasyl Sidorowicz was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Wasyl Sidorowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jerzy Kiepski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ksawery Frodyma made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Andrzej Filipowski sent off a good shot on target. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Andrzej Filipowski made the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, FC Sójcze's Wasyl Sidorowicz threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jerzy Kiepski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. FC Sójcze's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Radomir Jestrimski in the 54th minute. The corner led FC Sójcze's Radomir Jestrimski to fire away a dangerous shot which Wasyl Sidorowicz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Damazy Jaszyna could shoot a difficult shot in the 56th minute, which Wasyl Sidorowicz however easily saved by the left post. Ryszard Kostka's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wasyl Sidorowicz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. A collision led to Karpaty Krosno getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Dominik Barna hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Jerzy Kiepski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wasyl Sidorowicz. That made the score 0-2 in the 61 minute of play. In the 65th minute, Norbert Rakiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 69 minutes into the match, Karpaty Krosno's goalkeeper Wasyl Sidorowicz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ryszard Kostka. Jerzy Kiepski in the 70thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Wasyl Sidorowicz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jerzy Kiepski's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 72ndth minute, Wasyl Sidorowicz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to FC Sójcze getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Jan Plech hit a great ball. Andrzej Filipowski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ksawery Frodyma having to make a save. Jerzy Kiepski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Wasyl Sidorowicz made a huge save. After 81 minutes, Radomir Jestrimski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Sójcze and the Karpaty Krosno players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to FC Sójcze getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Radomir Jestrimski hit a great ball. When Filip Oleszak fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Sójcze's protests and gave Filip Oleszak a yellow card for diving instead. After 86 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Sójcze! In the 88th minute, Slawomir Sikola ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ksawery Frodyma was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Ryszard Kostka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 96 minutes, Jerzy Kiepski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Sójcze's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jerzy Kiepski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The FC Sójcze supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Sójcze would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
