Andrzej Filipowski ran back to his position shaking his head. Andy Brook charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andy Brook the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in Karpaty Krosno's zone, Richie Dearden stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andrzej Filipowski made a kick off. If Patrick Davis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Billie Wakefield kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Korona Kielce's Nick Holyfield was substituted for Billie Wakefield. Karpaty Krosno's Wasyl Sidorowicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Pell in the 76th minute of play. Dariusz Perkowski kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Rhys Rathmell took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Wasyl Sidorowicz. Karpaty Krosno's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Dominik Barna kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Korona Kielce fans cheered their team off the field, for while Karpaty Krosno had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
