The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jeromos Bártfai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wincenty Raflewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. When Witalis Jaroch came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Abandon All Hope fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Witalis Jaroch couldn't finish the play. After 7 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Abandon All Hope! In the 19th minute, Wincenty Raflewski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jeromos Bártfai was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Csabagyöngye's goalkeeper Jeromos Bártfai, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Abandon All Hope's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Áron Erőss scored to the left of an out of position Ulryk Skorny, making the score, 2-1. Pankracy Burdalski kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. After 33 minutes of play, Abandon All Hope's Lukasz Walicki made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jeromos Bártfai was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wincenty Raflewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeromos Bártfai having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by János Budai during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Csabagyöngye's János Budai got a free kick in the 38th minute. Abandon All Hope's Lukasz Walicki got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sylwester Nieruchliwy during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 47th match minute, Abandon All Hope was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sylwester Nieruchliwy to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wincenty Raflewski to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Sylwester Nieruchliwy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ulryk Skorny showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Áron Erőss, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Jeromos Bártfai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lukasz Walicki in the 54th minute of play. Jeromos Bártfai made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benedykt Brzakala in the 55th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Pál Bakos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ulryk Skorny. In the 62nd minute, Wincenty Raflewski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 65th minute Áron Erőss shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulryk Skorny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wincenty Raflewski in the 66th minute of play forced Csabagyöngye's goalkeeper Jeromos Bártfai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Árpád Benkô scored 4-2 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ulryk Skorny, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Csabagyöngye's Jeromos Bártfai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wincenty Raflewski in the 72nd minute of play. Csaba Kálmán scored 5-2 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ulryk Skorny, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sylwester Nieruchliwy kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Csabagyöngye's Árpád Benkô tried to score from far away in the 80th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Jeromos Bártfai stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wincenty Raflewski's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Ulryk Skorny didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Áron Erőss went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-2 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Csabagyöngye had won after a very even match.
