The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Edgar Lundin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Filomeno Kinsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Greger Clementsson in the 8th minute of play. Alfredo Gonzalez hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. 14 minutes into the match, Edgar Lundin notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Domselaar's Filomeno Kinsen. Filomeno Kinsen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 18 played minutes Domselaar got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Domingues. After a defensive mix-up in Domselaar's zone, Edgar Lundin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filomeno Kinsen came out of the goal and Edgar Lundin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edgar Lundin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Filomeno Kinsen when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 28 played minutes Domselaar got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Jacindo. In the 30th match minute, Domselaar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Gonzalez to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Lost Boys Sports Academy getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Greger Clementsson hit a great ball. Edgar Lundin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Filomeno Kinsen made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Edgar Lundin sent off a good shot on target. After 42 minutes, Amado Belo made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Lost Boys Sports Academy's Allan Ånger tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Domselaar's Filomeno Kinsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Greger Clementsson in the 46th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Greger Clementsson to make the kick off. Allan Ånger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amado Belo in the 63rd minute of the match. 64 minutes into the game, Esbjörn Åkesson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lost Boys Sports Academy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Domselaar the free kick. After 64 played minutes Lost Boys Sports Academy got a freekick which was hit by Esbjörn Åkesson. Lost Boys Sports Academy made a substitution. Bo Hellqvist replaced Karl Engström. In the 66th minute, Esbjörn Åkesson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Lost Boys Sports Academy getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Kåre Stigsson hit a great ball. Domselaar's Alfredo Gonzalez shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 69th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Allan Ånger but with some difficulty. In the 71st minute, Edgar Lundin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lost Boys Sports Academy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. 75 minutes into the game, Ciro Danel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Domselaar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lost Boys Sports Academy the free kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edgar Lundin in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Filomeno Kinsen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Edgar Lundin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lost Boys Sports Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgar Lundin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filomeno Kinsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Lost Boys Sports Academy had won after a very even match.
