Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 2 minutes into the game, Godtfred Kellmer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ATOWN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FRANK the free kick. In the 2nd minute, Godtfred Kellmer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 4th match minute, FRANK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Preben Fonnes to maneuver through the defense. 6 minutes into the match, FRANK's goal looked a bit too open when Godtfred Kellmer came free, but Fredrik Ophus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 9 minutes, Preben Fonnes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FRANK and the ATOWN players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FRANK's Preben Fonnes got a free kick in the 9th minute. Fredrik Ophus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teddi Sobottke in the 11th minute of the match. In the 15th minute Kjell Bjørseth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lavrits Bjørnfalk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fredrik Ophus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godtfred Kellmer in the 18th minute of the match. Lavrits Bjørnfalk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Audun Østenstad, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Martin Tellefsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lavrits Bjørnfalk having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Kjell Bjørseth fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Lavrits Bjørnfalk, passed just outside the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Audun Østenstad managed to get in a good position for a shot. FRANK's supporters rose to their feet, but Audun Østenstad was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lavrits Bjørnfalk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godtfred Kellmer in the 41st minute of play forced FRANK's goalkeeper Fredrik Ophus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute ATOWN were awarded a corner. Godtfred Kellmer went to the cornerflag to take it. Godtfred Kellmer made a great header on ATOWN's corner, it was just that FRANK's Fredrik Ophus managed to reach the ball for a save. Fredrik Ophus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fritz Ogrocki, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Audun Østenstad was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, FRANK's goal looked a bit too open when Ronni Arnov came free, but Fredrik Ophus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, FRANK's Fredrik Ophus got control of the ball when Godtfred Kellmer tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 57th minute of the game. One of FRANK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of ATOWN:s goal. Audun Østenstad took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lavrits Bjørnfalk. Lavrits Bjørnfalk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. 66 minutes into the game, Torstein Hansson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FRANK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ATOWN the free kick. The supporters of ATOWN booed when FRANK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torstein Hansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ronni Arnov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Fredrik Ophus made a huge save. Donald Ludwigsen hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. FRANK's Fredrik Ophus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronni Arnov in the 73rd minute of play. Lavrits Bjørnfalk came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by FRANK's Kjell Bjørseth. But to his dismay, Kjell Bjørseth quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. 79 minutes into the match, FRANK's goal looked a bit too open when Ronni Arnov came free, but Fredrik Ophus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fredrik Ophus made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Godtfred Kellmer sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in ATOWN's zone, Martin Tellefsen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lavrits Bjørnfalk came out of the goal and Martin Tellefsen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Audun Østenstad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute, Fritz Ogrocki reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fredrik Ophus. The goal made the score 3-3. Stig-Inge Njærheim kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Fredrik Ophus was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Fritz Ogrocki. ATOWN were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing FRANK to leave the ground with a draw.
