Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) FC Kurdistan's Henric Martinsson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mikael Granström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vítor Severiano in the 2nd minute of play. The supporters of MZ Fénix booed when FC Kurdistan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Högberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 minutes into the match, FC Kurdistan's goal looked a bit too open when Vítor Severiano came free, but Mikael Granström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. MZ Fénix were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after FC Kurdistan's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Maurício Mansilha took the corner. In the 19th match minute, MZ Fénix was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusébio Freire to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes into the match, MZ Fénix's Silvério Simões sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mikael Granström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mikael Granström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aldaír Veiga in the 26th minute of the match. Nils Zachrisson kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Vítor Severiano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, FC Kurdistan's Allan Isaksson got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Mikael Granström came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by MZ Fénix's Aldaír Veiga. But to his dismay, Aldaír Veiga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 40th minute, Aldaír Veiga made a precise shot to the right of Mikael Granström. FC Kurdistan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After a rather tough play, FC Kurdistan's Charlie Ekerot got a free kick in the 45th minute. After the first half MZ Fénix were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aldaír Veiga was the one to do the kick off. Aldaír Veiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of MZ Fénix booed when FC Kurdistan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens Clementsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to MZ Fénix getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Eusébio Freire hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in MZ Fénix's zone, Henric Martinsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martinho Nunes came out of the goal and Henric Martinsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vítor Severiano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Mikael Granström made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Högberg in the 64th minute of play forced MZ Fénix's goalkeeper Martinho Nunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute FC Kurdistan were awarded a corner. Allan Isaksson went to the cornerflag to take it. Aldaír Veiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikael Granström having to interfere. MZ Fénix's Martinho Nunes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henric Martinsson in the 74th minute of play. In the 76th minute Henric Martinsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martinho Nunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jens-Åke Carlsson charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jens-Åke Carlsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kia Motor hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Martinho Nunes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Högberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 84 minutes into the match, Jonas Högberg notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of MZ Fénix's Martinho Nunes. Martinho Nunes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to MZ Fénix getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Eusébio Freire hit a great ball. FC Kurdistan's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Allan Isaksson in the 88th minute. Martinho Nunes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henric Martinsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nils Zachrisson kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. 94 minutes into the game, Kia Motor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Martinho Nunes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. FC Kurdistan's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
