Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Raul Cordarell took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 3 played minutes Yalapa got a freekick which was hit by Leonides Gutxi. After a rather tough play, Villa Mitre's Leandro Jenaro got a free kick in the 5th minute. Jonas Beltxe hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. 8 minutes into the game, Aurelio Rubio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Villa Mitre's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yalapa the free kick. Aurelio Rubio kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. When Villa Mitre's Raul Cordarell in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Yalapa's goalie prevented a goal. Astor Shepherd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Constantino Elija having to interfere. After having played for 16 minutes, Raul Cordarell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Villa Mitre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raul Cordarell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 19 played minutes Villa Mitre got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Gabirel. Aurelio Aztore kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Constantino Elija made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Gaitan in the 22nd minute of play. Raul Cordarell in the 24thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Constantino Elija, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Luciano Salvino took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roman Montez. Roman Montez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. A collision led to Yalapa getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Pedro Urbasa hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Augusto Gaitan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Constantino Elija. That made the score 1-1 in the 33 minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andres Peru to make the kick off. Constantino Elija took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Gaitan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Villa Mitre's Raul Cordarell in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Yalapa's goalie prevented a goal. Constantino Elija made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Cordarell in the 59th minute of play. The supporters of Villa Mitre booed when Yalapa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leandro Urbes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Yalapa defense, Raul Cordarell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Constantino Elija. The Yalapa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Constantino Elija should have stopped the shot. Yalapa's Constantino Elija played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Gaitan in the 67th minute of play. After 69 minutes, Raul Cordarell made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Yalapa's Constantino Elija tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raul Cordarell in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Constantino Elija saved Yalapa from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Beltxe in the 79th minute of play forced Yalapa's goalkeeper Constantino Elija to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81stth minute of the game Raul Cordarell who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yalapa's Constantino Elija was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Roman Montez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andres Peru in the 83rd minute of the match. Yalapa's Constantino Elija played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raul Cordarell in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th minute Raul Cordarell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constantino Elija saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 89 minutes, Jonas Beltxe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Villa Mitre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonas Beltxe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 90 minutes into the match, Yalapa's goal looked a bit too open when Raul Cordarell came free, but Constantino Elija reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute, Erasmo Theodore hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Raul Cordarell came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Villa Mitre fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raul Cordarell couldn't finish the play. Constantino Elija showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raul Cordarell, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Villa Mitre's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
