Niculae Povară was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cacá da Fonseca in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Niculae Povară saved CF REALCipri from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Cacá da Fonseca put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Niculae Povară. The CF REALCipri players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Vila Nova FC were winning 0-5.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Iosif Lăzăroiu made a kick off. Osvaldinho Prestes kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Cacá da Fonseca helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Vila Nova FC's Cacá da Fonseca got a free kick in the 94th minute.
