Leonardo Boström started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Real Madrid getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Rafal Gieraltowski hit a great ball. In the 11th match minute, Sonstorps Fotboll was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Kjellqvist to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Zachariasz Skonieczny put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jens-Ola Mellberg. Jens-Ola Mellberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zachariasz Skonieczny, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edwin Nordström kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. After 22 played minutes, Real Madrid's Rafal Gieraltowski shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jens-Ola Mellberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Real Madrid reached it. Jens-Ola Mellberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zachariasz Skonieczny in the 24th minute of play. Yngve Sjöberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lars-Erik Odeen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gwidon Klimkiewicz having to make a save. Leonardo Boström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gwidon Klimkiewicz having to interfere. The supporters of Real Madrid booed when Sonstorps Fotboll was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harry Fagrell didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jens-Ola Mellberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zachariasz Skonieczny in the 41st minute of the match. 43 minutes into the game, Real Madrid's Zachariasz Skonieczny nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jens-Ola Mellberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zachariasz Skonieczny made a kick off. If Zachariasz Skonieczny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lars-Erik Odeen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Gwidon Klimkiewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 59 minutes, Lars-Erik Odeen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sonstorps Fotboll's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lars-Erik Odeen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jens-Ola Mellberg didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Real Madrid's Zachariasz Skonieczny shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-3 in the ordered_time% minute. Lars-Erik Odeen kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 71stth minute of the game Zachariasz Skonieczny who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sonstorps Fotboll's Jens-Ola Mellberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sonstorps Fotboll's defense didn't have a chance, in the 73rd minute, when Zachariasz Skonieczny scored to the left of an out of position Jens-Ola Mellberg, making the score, 0-4. Sven Backlund hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Boguslaw Gongola's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jens-Ola Mellberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. After 78 played minutes Sonstorps Fotboll got a freekick which was hit by Sven Backlund. Zachariasz Skonieczny's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 80thth minute, Jens-Ola Mellberg skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Sonstorps Fotboll getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Edwin Nordström hit a great ball. Zachariasz Skonieczny in the 87thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jens-Ola Mellberg, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Sonstorps Fotboll's Olof Arvidsson got a free kick in the 90th minute. Yngve Sjöberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gwidon Klimkiewicz having to make a save. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Real Madrid had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
