Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Wanderson Baptista took the kick off in the first half of the match. Niculae Povară showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Sarmento, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Wanderson Baptista could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Niculae Povară made a huge save. After 10 minutes of play, Vila Nova FC's Wanderson Baptista made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Niculae Povară was left in no man's land by his defense there! 16 minutes into the match, CF REALCipri's goal looked a bit too open when Cacá da Fonseca came free, but Niculae Povară reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Niculae Povară made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wanderson Baptista in the 17th minute. After a defensive mix-up in CF REALCipri's zone, Wanderson Baptista stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niculae Povară came out of the goal and Wanderson Baptista tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Wanderson Baptista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ricardinho Vides during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Vila Nova FC's Ricardinho Vides got a free kick in the 30th minute. The audience cheered when Eugen Brânzaru's long shot passed Beto de Sousa's right side. It was 2-1, 31 minutes into the match. When Vintilă Giubelean came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the CF REALCipri fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vintilă Giubelean couldn't finish the play. Niculae Povară made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cacá da Fonseca in the 35th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Vila Nova FC's Wanderson Baptista got a free kick in the 36th minute. Iosif Lăzăroiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beto de Sousa having to interfere. Niculae Povară took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cacá da Fonseca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wanderson Baptista's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Niculae Povară firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 43rd minute Cacá da Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niculae Povară saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Iosif Lăzăroiu to strike the kick off in the second half. Cacá da Fonseca took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Niculae Povară. Niculae Povară dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Wanderson Baptista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Beto de Sousa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vintilă Giubelean in the 61st minute of play. If Wanderson Baptista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 64 minutes into the match, CF REALCipri's goal looked a bit too open when Adhemar Freire came free, but Niculae Povară reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CF REALCipri's Niculae Povară played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cacá da Fonseca in the 68th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Wanderson Baptista notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of CF REALCipri's Niculae Povară. Niculae Povară was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in CF REALCipri's zone, Cido Gerber stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niculae Povară came out of the goal and Cido Gerber tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cido Gerber struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Niculae Povară didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vila Nova FC. Adhemar Freire recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wanderson Baptista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the CF REALCipri defense, Osvaldinho Prestes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Niculae Povară. The CF REALCipri fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Niculae Povară should have stopped the shot. Niculae Povară made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cacá da Fonseca in the 94th minute of play. Cido Gerber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Vila Nova FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
