The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but 倪正辉 showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A.S. Udinese's defense didn't have a chance, in the 98th minute, when 崔宁坚 scored to the left of an out of position Donato Lucidi, making the score, 5-2. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. A.S. Udinese had won after a very even match.
